These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us.  By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase Goods.  We look forward to seeing you again when you are over 18.

  1. Definitions in this agreement
    1. ‘Carrier’ means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you.

    4. “Goods”/“Products” means any of the goods or products we offer for sale on Our Website, or, if the context requires, goods or products we sell to you.
    5. “Our Website” means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports our website.
    6. "Post" means display, exhibit, publish, distribute, transmit and/or disclose information, Content and/or other material on to Our Website, and the phrases "Posted" and "Posting" shall be interpreted accordingly;
  2. Interpretation | In this agreement unless the context otherwise requires:
    1. a reference to a person is a reference to one or more individuals, whether or not formally in partnership, or to a corporation, government body, or other association or organisation.
    2. these terms and conditions apply to all supplies of Goods by us to any customer. They prevail over any terms proposed by you.
    3. any agreement by any party not to do or omit to do something includes an obligation not to allow some other person to do or omit to do that same thing;
    4. Except where stated otherwise, any obligation of any person arising from this agreement may be performed by any other person;
    5. in this agreement references to a party include references to a person to whom those rights and obligations are transferred or pass as a result of a merger, division, reconstruction or other re-organisation involving that party.
    6. the headings to the paragraphs and schedules (if any) to this agreement do not affect the interpretation;
    7. all money sums mentioned in this agreement are calculated net of VAT, which will be charged when payment is due.
    8. a reference to an act or regulation includes new law of substantially the same intent as that act or regulation.
    9. these terms and conditions apply in any event to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods and so far as the context allows, to you  as a visitor to Our Website.
    10. this agreement is made only in the English language. If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of this agreement and any version or translation of this agreement in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
  3. Our contract with you
    1. This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.  
    2. Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this agreement, he does not rely on any representation, warranty, information or document or other term not forming part of this agreement.
    3. We may change these terms from time to time.  The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Website on the day you order Goods. We advise you to print a copy for your records.
    4. If in future, you buy Goods from us under any arrangement that does not involve your payment via Our Website; these terms still apply so far as they can be applied.
    5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 
  4. Product representation and availability
    1. Every effort is made to ensure that the Goods we supply correspond as closely as possible to the pictures displayed online. However, variations can occur. These could include, but are not limited to, slight differences in shades of fabric, colour, texture or dimensions of products. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations and you must check the measurements and suitability of the Goods to your requirements. 
    2. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about an item and we will answer to the best of our ability. 
    3. Because we rely on our suppliers, we do not guarantee that Goods advertised on our website are available.
    4. We reserve the right to discontinue products.
    5. Many of the Goods we supply are bespoke and unique. Therefore, Goods will change frequently and cannot be replaced in an identical way. Therefore, any contract with us is subject to the Goods being available or held by us.
    6. The images shown online are for illustration purposes only. Many products are also shown with additional props but these are not included in the sale of a product unless otherwise specified.
    7. Due to the handmade nature of products, there may be slight imperfections and some items may have slight differences. This by no means affects the quality of the product.
  5. Acceptance of your order
    1. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing said or done by us is an acceptance of an order until we confirm acceptance in writing, referring to the order.
    2. Your order is an offer to buy from us. We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation.  That is when our contract is made. Our message will also confirm details of your purchase and tell you approximately when we shall dispatch your order.
    3. If we do not have all of the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives.  If this happens you may a/ accept the alternatives we offer or b/ cancel all or part of your order.
  6. Price and Payment
    1. All prices on the website are in UK GBP Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Prices do not include delivery costs – these will be added on when you check out to pay. 
    2. We reserve the right to alter prices either up or down, including any variations to the rate of VAT but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an email accepting the order.
    3. Promotional codes are to be used not in conjunction with any other offer. Sale items are excluded from offers. These offers are not for resale or publication and only apply to personal orders with all orders being subject to acceptance under At Number 67’s standard terms and conditions.
    4. If the item you order is available in parts, you must pay us the full price of your order before we will send any part of it.
    5. Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us.  All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds Sterling will be borne by you.
    6. Any information given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
    7. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.
    8. We accept payment through PayPal’s secure server – please note you do not need a PayPal account to order from us. 
    9. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express as well as PayPal payments. We accept bank transfers with a prior agreement. 
    10. If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 14 days from the date when we accept that repayment is due. Please note that refunds onto PayPal account can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal’s regulations.
    11. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques or payments over the phone. 
  7. Security of your credit card
    1. We take care to make Our Website safe for you to use. Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use an online payment service provider who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.
    2. We do not store or remember your payment details on our systems. 
  8. Cancellations, changes to your order and exclusions [This paragraph applies if and only if, you are a citizen of the European Union, and you bought the Goods as a Consumer].
    1. You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch the Goods or before the expiry of 14 working days from the date you receive your order, not including the day you received it. If you do, we will refund to you the original price of the Goods and the delivery charge. Please email us at, stating your name, your order number and the reason you wish to cancel your order.
    2. We will try to accommodate any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, but, given that your order will be processed immediately on receipt, we cannot guarantee this. If you do wish to add products to your order, please contact us. If you wish to remove products from your order before it is dispatched, please cancel the original order and place a new one. 
    3. Please note we are unable to change the order or the delivery address after the Goods have been despatched.
    4. After we have dispatched the Goods, you may cancel your order provided that you notify us within fourteen days of receipt and return the Goods to us within fourteen days from the day you notified us of your return. 
    5. You are responsible for the cost of returning them. We are not obliged to refund to you your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.
    6. If you fail to return the goods, within 14 days of notifying us of your return, we are entitled to arrange for their collection.  If we do we shall look to you to repay us the cost of collection.
    7. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned Goods.
    8. All orders will be refunded in GBP. AtNumber67 is not responsible for any variations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund.
    9. Refunds will be issued to the card which was used to place the order once we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse.
    10. The Law expects an expert to help a buyer to avoid buying a product which may be unsuitable in some way. We are retailers. We are not experts in any of the Goods we sell. You alone must decide whether a product is suitable for your requirement.
    11. This paragraph does not affect your rights in the event that the Goods are faulty.
  9. Delivery charges and shipping process

    Delivery charges

    United Kingdom:

    1. Orders less than £20.00 are £4.50.
    2. Orders over £20.00 are £5.95.
    3. Orders over £70.00 are shipped for free. 
    4. Furniture: our furniture does not ship outside of the UK mainland. Small furniture (indicated in the product description) delivery is £9.90. Please choose 'Small furniture delivery at checkout. 
    5. For any addresses outside of Northern Ireland and Great Britain mainland area, please contact us with your postcode to receive a delivery cost quote.


    We deliver to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain (Mainland only). All European deliveries are £16.90 for orders up to £100.00 and £29.00 for orders over £100.00. Please note that due to dimensions we are unable to ship any furniture or larger items outside of the United Kingdom. This is indicated on the relevant product page. 

    Shipping process

    1. Goods are sent by Royal Mail or a tracked parcel.  We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order.
    2. Please note we are unable to change the order or the delivery address after your order has been dispatched.
    3. Time for delivery specified on the Order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.
    4. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. Please allow 10 working days from receiving the dispatch email to query any delivery with us. 
    5. If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery or refund you in full. 
    6. If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.
    7. Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
    8. We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
    9. We may deliver the Goods in multiple parcels if necessary. 
    10. Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.
    11. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimize your inconvenience.
    12. Signing "Unchecked", "Not Checked" or similar is not acceptable.
    13. Some items will be delivered direct from the manufacturer who will contact you to arrange delivery.  When delivery of the items has been arranged directly with the manufacturer, you will be subject to the manufacturer's delivery policy.
    14. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is returned to us. If you are still interested in delivery, you will be charged additional charge fees, which we will confirm in writing before we dispatch it to you. The amount charged will cover additional administration costs, shipping costs and other expenses which are a consequence of the undelivered goods.
    15. If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will require you to sign a non-receipt form before we can resend your order. This can be sent via email or by the post and must be received back within 7 days. 
  10. Foreign taxes and duties
    1. If you are not in the UK, we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.
    2. You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.
  11. Returns and refunds
    1. We do not accept returns unless you buy as a consumer. We accept returns where there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

    3. In the event of any unwanted Goods, you must notify us that you wish to return the Goods within 14 working days from the date you receive your order, not including the day you received it. Please send us an email at that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased. 
    4. The Goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the day you notified us you wish to return the Goods.
    5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. 
    6. You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We are not obliged to refund to you your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods. If you do not pay the costs of return delivery, we will deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded to you.
    7. We ask that the Goods are returned in the original packaging and condition. Please retain all original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your items. Should you wish to return the order of part of it to us, please repack it with care using the original packaging. 
    8. As the Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us. 
    9. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
    10. Furniture may be cancelled or returned at any time up to 14 working days from the day after receipt by informing us within that period that you wish to do so. If delivered it must be kept in original condition for collection by our nominated carrier. A £100 collection charge for UK will apply.
    11. In the event of faulty Goods, we will replace or refund Goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or which show a defect. If you claim that the item is defective, the following conditions apply:
      1. the defect must be reported to us within 4 weeks of becoming apparent 
      2. you have returned the defective Goods or parts to us if we have so requested
      3. the defect results only from faulty design or manufacture
      4. You must tell us by email message to that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect and when it arose.
      5. If we agree that we are liable, we will cover the cost of return carriage and will refund the Goods or replace the Goods (subject to availability) free of charge.
      6. Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. 
      7. If we replace or refund Goods, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.
    12. In the event that the Goods are damaged when delivered to you, please let us know as soon as you discover any damage via email at Please include your order number and an image of the damaged item if possible. 
      1. If you would like a replacement, please let us know when you report the item as damaged. We will replace the items free of charge. If we are unable to fulfil your request for a replacement we will be happy to refund you for the cost of the damaged items. 
      2. Returns of damaged items will only be accepted if the goods were damaged when delivered to you. 
    13. Goods should be returned:
      1. with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
      2. securely wrapped;
      3. at your risk;
      4. at your cost (with the exception of faulty Goods or Goods damaged when delivered to you)
    14. If you have returned an item, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for the item to be received back with us and be processed by our returns department, before you query the return. 
    15. If delivery was made to a UK address, you are also protected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
  12. Disclaimers
    1. Conditions, warranties or other terms implied by the law of any county other than England and Wales are excluded from this agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    2. We or our Content suppliers may make improvements or changes to Our Website, the Content, or to any of the Goods, at any time and without advance notice.
    3. You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This is inevitable in any large website.  We would be grateful if you bring to our immediate attention, any that you find.
    4. We give no warranty and make no representation, expressed or implied, as to:
      1. the quality of the Goods;
      2. any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the Goods for a particular purpose;
      3. the correspondence of the Goods with any description;
      4. the adequacy or appropriateness of the Goods for your purpose;
      5. the truth of any Content on Our Website;
      6. compliance with any law;
      7. non-infringement of any right.
    5. We are not liable in any circumstances for special, indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of Our Website or the purchase of Goods.
    6. Except in the case of liability for personal injury or death, our liability under this contract is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of the goods or services you have purchased.
  13. Your account with us
    1. You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself.  We need this information to provide you with the Goods.
    2. If you use Our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing any unauthorised person from using your computer.
    3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should tell us immediately if you believe some person has accessed your account without your authority and also log in to your account and change your password.

    1. We will do our best to maintain Our Website so that you have constant use, but there will be times when your use may be interrupted.

    3. You may not use any software tool for the purpose of extracting data from our website. You understand that any such violation is unlawful in many jurisdictions and that any contravention of law may result in criminal prosecution.

  22. Miscellaneous matters
    1. No amendment or variation to this agreement is valid unless in writing, signed by each of the parties or his authorised representative.
    2. So far as any time, date or period is mentioned in this agreement, time shall be of the essence.
    3. When we communicate with you we do so by email.  You agree that email communications are contractually binding in the same way as properly signed and dated paper sent by post.
    4. Where we provide goods or services without specific charge to you, then it (or they) is deemed to be provided free of charge, and not to be associated with any other goods or service for which a charge is made.  Accordingly, there is no contractual nor other obligation upon us in respect of those goods or that service.
    5. If any term or provision of this agreement is at any time held by any jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable, then it shall be treated as changed or reduced, only to the extent minimally necessary to bring it within the laws of that jurisdiction and to prevent it from being void and it shall be binding in that changed or reduced form. Subject to that, each provision shall be interpreted as severable and shall not in any way affect any other of these terms.
    6. The rights and obligations of the parties set out in this agreement shall pass to any permitted successor in title.
    7. No failure or delay by any party to exercise any right, power or remedy will operate as a waiver of it nor indicate any intention to reduce that or any other right in the future.
    8. Any communication to be served on either of the Parties by the other shall be delivered by hand or sent by first class post or recorded delivery or by fax or by e-mail. It shall be deemed to have been delivered: if delivered by hand: on the day of delivery; if sent by post to the correct address: within 72 hours of posting; If sent by fax to the correct number: within 24 hours; If sent by e-mail to the address from which the receiving party has last sent e-mail:  within 24 hours if no notice of non-receipt has been received by the sender.
    9. In the event of a dispute between the parties to this agreement, then they undertake to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with the other in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
    10. This agreement does not give any right to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
    11. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of this agreement which is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    12. In the event of any conflict between any term of this agreement and the provisions of the articles of a limited company or any comparable document intended to regulate any other corporate or collective body, then the terms of this agreement shall prevail.
    13. The validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
